In 2007, I first pressed my feet into a yoga mat as a form of coping with depression and anxiety, and the rest is history. The healing power of yoga manifested itself in many unexpected ways in my life as I grew healthily attached to my own practice; often turning to my mat in times of struggle and stress. Yoga opened up my life when I thought I had permanently shut down, it lead me to become an energy healer as well as a yoga teacher.

Certified to teach in 2016 through Moksha Yoga Center, I became enthralled with Somatics and Restorative Yoga as beautiful, healing modalities. As a certified trauma-focused teacher, I utilize different methods to fit the student’s individual needs, knowing that holistically a student can rehabilitate and restore.
